For the free version, recruiters are only permitted to post one free position at a time for a total of 30 days, and the posts will only be partially visible in non-promoted search results.
Additionally, it enables recruiters to only develop their corporate page in the context of their overall organization.

The paid version, however, allows them to advertise an infinite number of positions at once, rank highly in LinkedIn job search results, focus on qualified prospects, and only be charged for job views. It also enables the business to develop a career page that emphasizes company culture and receives 19x more job views than the free one.
